Origins of Yum-O

There are few things more enjoyable than yummy food with great friends. I have often referred to the combination of these fabulous past times as "Girl Night". This blog is the collaboration of my recipes and those of many fantastically talented friends in my life. Cooking is a passion of mine and I have so many memories of helping my mother cooking in the kitchen as a child. Some recipes are very simple family staples with very little of anything fancy but if I have posted them, then they are favorites which deserve mentioning. Now gather up the ones you love and have some yummy fun. And Yes I take all my own photos :) I think it is nearly impossible to WANT to try a new recipe unless you can see it.
