Fresh Raspberry Ice Cream

3 c. sugar

4 cups fresh raspberries (or any other fruit)

¼ c. lemon juice

1 q. half & half

1 pint milk



Blend together all ingredients. Freeze in ice cream maker. Makes about 2 quarts of ice cream.
