Tortellini Salad

Brenda



1 lb. cheese tortellini, cooked, drained & rinsed

18 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

½ lb. fresh mozzarella, cubed

2 T. chopped fresh basil

1 avocado, sliced

¼ c. olive oil

Juice of 1 lime

3 T. balsamic vinegar

salt & pepper

Combine, cover and chill overnight.
